I had a really funny call today. Well, funny to me...
This lady wanted to let us know that the card we sent for the holidays was very offensive. It says "We know your life has been touched by cancer". Her argument was that we have no way of knowing if her life has been touched by cancer and that if it had been, the card would have made her feel worse. Ha... I flubbed my way through it saying... it's very rare for someone to not be touched by cancer in some way and that we didn't mean to offend... but jesus... who has that kind of time?
